Consultant Photographer in Irak
Première Urgence Internationale is looking for a photographer, in the framework of a photo project, for a mission in March 2017 in Iraqi Kurdistan, around the activities of the NGO on Mosul.
Objective of the photo project
The objective of this photo project is to draw the wide public attention on the situation of the displaced people from Mosul, to show their difficulties of lives.
Another objective is to show the activities and the work of the staff of Première Urgence Internationale and the activities funded by partners. It is a way for PUI to be always more transparent and give its action credibility in the eyes of those who support it and in the eyes of its beneficiaries.
Expected results
The communication material must include:
- About 35 Photographs highlighting the actions implemented by PUI about the population of Mosul fleeing the city and beneficiating from the activities.
- At least 6 testimonies of beneficiaries
- Titles and captions for every photograph
Profile of the photographer
- Excellent command of French / English
- Ability to integrate the local environment into operations, in its political, economic and historical dimensions
- Experience in Iraqi Kurdistan would be highly appreciated
- Strong and objective interest for the Iraqi situation
- Ability to work independently
- High degree of integrity and professional responsibility
- Good analytical skills, ability to make his the project
- Communication skills and ability to develop social networks
- Writing skills
