Consultancy: External Evaluation for Sida-Supported Health Project

PUI is looking for a consultant to conduct an external evaluation in order to: (i) appraise the extent to which the project’s objectives have been achieved and (ii) evaluate the overall impact of the project in the intervention areas.

The candidate will have to submit the following documentation:

• An offer: 10 pages max. and written based on the criteria presented in the Terms of Reference
• A CV
• A budget
