THE NGO PREMIERE URGENCE INTERNATIONALE launches a Call for tender for the implementing of framework agreements concerning the services below:

Please note that the present call for tender concerns two framework agreements with no commitment in terms of service contracts. The signature of service contracts with the selected consultancy firm or individual consultant will be conditioned by the contractual commitment of funds by the donors for the above services.
Any potential cost linked to the bidder’s participation in this tender will not be refunded under any circumstance.
