Please note that the present call for tender concerns three framework agreements with no commitment in terms of services contracts. The signature of services contracts with the selected consultancy firm or individual consultant will be conditioned by the contractual commitment of funds by the donors for the above services.
Any potential costs linked to the bidder’s participation in this tender will not be refunded under no circumstances.
