En tant que Référent.e Santé Mentale et Soutien Psychosocial, vous vous assurerez de la qualité des programmes SMSPS sur le terrain et renforcerez les capacités des équipes. Vous travaillerez sur la capitalisation, les guides pratiques et le positionnement de PUI en SMSPS, et assurerez un lien fort avec les référents santé. A cet effet, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :   Stratégie SMSPS : Vous serez en charge de définir les axes stratégiques en matière de SMSPS en lien avec l’approche intégrée de Première Urgence Internationale, en coordination avec les référents santé et pharmaciens siège.   Capitalisation et standardisation : Vous développerez les documents institutionnels de cadrage afin de permettre aux missions d’intégrer les SMSPS dans leurs stratégies, contribuerez à la diffusion des projets innovants ainsi qu’à l’utilisation des nouvelles technologies de l’information et de la communication sur les missions.   Support technique et programmatique auprès des missions : Vous participerez à la définition de la stratégie par pays/mission, assurerez un soutien stratégique et technique aux équipes de terrain pendant les différentes phases du cycle de projet.   Ressources humaines : Vous participerez au recrutement des profils nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des projets SMSPS, ainsi qu’au renforcement de capacité des équipes SMSPS, santé et de coordination (siège et terrain).   Représentation, coordination, communication : Vous participerez aux réunions de coordination internes, assurerez la représentation de PUI dans le cadre d’évènements externes et auprès de bailleurs, et contribuerez au développement de partenariat techniques SMSPS.

As Deputy Field Coordinator for Programs, you will be responsible for monitoring the effective implementation of the program at the base level and for monitoring PUI's contractual obligations and reporting. You will also be responsible for representing PUI on programmatic issues to other humanitarian actors and to technical and administrative state authorities at the local level. For this purpose, you will be responsible for :   Strategic Development, follow-up of operations and reporting: You will coordinate the project teams through the program managers and ensure the proper implementation of the operational and qualitative aspects of the programs (objectives monitoring, respect of deadlines and budgetary deadlines, quality control, team synergy in accordance with the contractual documents and in compliance with PUI policies and procedures. You will ensure that contractual obligations are respected and coordinate the writing of reports. You will ensure that the programs developed are in line with PUI's mandate and strategy and will propose new interventions according to the evolution of the humanitarian situation in the region.   MEAL: You will coordinate the MEAL department and ensure the implementation of the activities of this department as well as the interactions with the programs and the design of relevant tools.   Representation: You will participate in technical forums (working groups) at the local level in collaboration with the project leaders. You will ensure the application of, and compliance with, PUI’s logistics policies, rules, procedures, and best practices across both field bases and the capital. For this purpose, you will be responsible for :   Supply Chain: You will actively contribute to the implementation and coordination of the mission’s national supply chain strategy. You will ensure that both the administrative and operational components of the supply chain are in place and fully functional. You will guarantee compliance with PUI procedures, policies, processes, and tools related to procurement, transport, and warehousing. As Health Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the mission's operational Health strategy as well as for the quality of current and future Health programmes throughout the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation phases. You will build the capacity of the mission’s Health department and provides technical support to the project teams and in particular to the Health Project Managers via a functional relationship. You will represent PUI to the authorities, humanitarian actors and donors within the Health sector. For this purpose, you will be responsible for :    Context analysis / Strategy / Development: You will participate in the development of the operational strategy in Health and contributes to the design of new relevant Health interventions on the mission based on the identified Health needs in the country, and in line with PUI’s Health policy and intervention framework. In coordination with the Health team, you will carry out epidemiological monitoring for the country and analyse strengths and weaknesses from a public health perspective.    Programmes quality: You will provide technical support in your field of expertise to the programme teams, in particular to the Health Programme Managers, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the mission's Health programmes.    Representation / Coordination: You will ensure PUI's external representation for the Health sector to partners, donors, national authorities and local actors.
